Server Updates

A few more hats and some special items have been added to the servers.

  • Added 2 new hats: Hotdog Hat and the Terracotta Pot
  • Added 1 new attachment: Mapper's Medal. This item is given to community members that have helped us out by providing maps.
  • Added 1 new special item: Inventory Expander. This premium item will increase your inventory by 15 spaces (1 page) when used.
  • Added 1 new key: Lockpick. This item has a 50% chance of opening any Series 1-5 or Mysterious Chest. If you succeed, you will receive an item from the chest. If it fails, the chest will disappear but the broken lockpick will turn into a key fragment.

  •

A big thanks to Knoxed, Houndoom and Jequito for creating the items!

After enquiring about this myself, the lockpick is an item which can only be found from drops. It has a higher droprate than a key fragment, but less than a key.

Actually, the lockpick is rarer than a key fragment but more common than a key - not the other way around. It uses the same loot table as the key (2), but has a higher chance of dropping.

Tomorrow's update will fix a few minor things; the inventory expander will give the user 2 extra pages instead of 1 for the same price and there will be item protection for map changes (thanks Willdy).
