Server Updates

I just finished adding new body attachments to the server! A hat also found it's way into the update.

• Added 3 new attachments: Santa Beard, Holiday Antlers and the Guitar
• Added 1 new hat: Capo's Capper
• Increased chances for rare items from crates (1.81% -> 2.22%)
  
• Fixed a minor glitch with item drops.

Wait.. You gave me a award of 12 keys and 900k when i joined a server but those hats were never part of the special list?

EDIT: I dont like how the capper looks on some of the models from the back so i might change a bit and send it to you.
