No, I have nothing planned so far. Mainly because I don't have any good ideas and no time to implement them. If you can come up with an original idea and maybe create some hats that fit the theme, I can work on it. Right now I do not have the time to think of anything by myself.

I guess we could have some type of update to introduce the new moderators in the game. I think it shouldn't really be about the content but more the occasion.

Staff Only Items
Unless someone has another idea, what about some kind of Moderator item? I remember during the last promotion a 'small gift' was mentioned but nothing was given. Perhaps this for Moderators:

Moderator

Description: A Unique Moderator's Cap (in green if possible)

Admin

Description: A Well Earned Admin's Cap (in red if possible)

Developer

Description: The Creative Developer's Cap (in blue if possible)

Owner

Description: The Grand Glorius Owner's Cap (in yellow if possible)

It would need to be non-tradable, can't be made rare, and only active on someones account for the time they are Moderator/Admin. It wouldn't carry any bonuses and would be purely cosmetic.


Donator Only Items
If we are having Moderator items, we might as well get some donator items for all donators, or a certain level of donator.

Silver Donator


Gold Donator


Diamond Donator



Moderator Points
Perhaps we could have some kind of Moderator point system which allows them to buy certain COSMETIC items in the shop. Points would be gained based on activities and recommendations by players. The recommendations would be viewable on the website, and all recommendations given must have some kind of explanation with it (to stop people getting it for no reason).

I worked out a possible effect list for each Rank cap , and attempting matching up effects.

• Moderators Get: Cauldron Bubbles, Green Energy, Or Scorching Flames
• Admins Get: Burning Flames or Red Energy.
• Developers Get: Blue Fire or Purple Energy.
• Owners Get: Sunbeams, Orbiting Lantern, Vivid Plasma, Or Vivid Energy.

No. Seriously, an event is not supposed to be for 1 specific usergroup only who was lucky enough to get chosen by 2 or 3 people. While there are items for contributing to the community (medal of excellence, mappers medal and community items), there won't be items for moderators / admins / owners.

There won't be any donators-only items either.

When I said "come up with an original idea" I didn't mean you should center it around the fact that new moderators are being chosen. To be honest, it is quite sad that new moderators actually have to chosen after this little time...

Let's try this again: Try to come up with an idea that could be a great addition to the server, and maybe design some hats that fit the theme.

When I posted my ideas, I was posting it more as an update to accompany the new Moderators. To indicate new Moderators as a celebration rather than a time to become depressed. If you want to run an event then there was a Smash tournament which never happened.

Maybe you can do that dodge ball tournament you mentioned a while back so everyone can have a chance to be happy including the new moderators .  And there can be a 1st,2nd,and 3rd prize.

1st place: 3mil+legendary Camera beard

2nd place: 2mil+legendary Camera beard

3rd place: 1mil+legendary Camera beard

If you like it, maybe people can pitch in ideas instead of legendary camera beards or something . (This is just an idea)
