I am looking for who obtained this item, I lost it upon my ban approx. 8 months ago I believe and I am looking for who owns it.

The item isn't legendary anymore, nonSENSE replaced it with a new community quality instead a few months ago. I don't have it though. I'm not sure if the person who has it now intends to sell it.

nonSENSE probably gave it away when you were banned then. He doesn't do it anymore though.

Unfortunately, unless you can make an agreement with the new owner of the item, you won't be able to get it back. You were banned of a result of your own actions and therefore it is your own responsibility.
