Assuming there is nothing wrong, that is just very bad luck, however if somthing is wrong with everybodys item drops there is nothing any of us can do about it, other than pray to the great Nonesense in the sky. In the unlikley event it is somthing to do with your item drops, thanks for bring this up, and continue to pray.
