Can't Log in to Explorer!

So I had gotten a rare item on smash and I went to go put it on and my inventory was full, so it went to my bank.
So I had proceeded to try to log into the bank,explorer or whatever you wan't to call it and It kept saying my password or username was incorrect. I tried everything, My steam account, My login for this and I just can't figure it out. Or it wont work! So until I know what to log in with I can't get into explorer. Please help me with this! I have no idea on what to do.

I can't log in to explorer, it says incorrect password when I try to use /verify, even though I'm on the account right now.
