I thought I should report this here. I didn't see a "Bugs" section.

I keep randomly recieving Legendary summer items. So far I have recieved 2 Legendary Dreadlocks, a Legendary Summer Hat, a Legendary X-Ray Goggles and a Legendary Croco Hat. None of them were finds or unboxings, and there was no notification that they had been put into my inventory. I also know this has happened to other people.

Is it a bug or what?

As I recall it was coded to check if you are crouching via your movement speed, so its no the standing one. Also, I don't recall it starting at 4%.

I may be wrong on these statements, so correct me if im wrong.

You may be correct about the first, but you are definitely incorrect about the second. I have checked multiple times and you always spawn with some percentage completion already.
