This is the file that needs to be loaded in order for everything to work. It defines the item schema (nis):

Try visiting that page manually, also pressing CTRL + F5 to clear it from cache. Not much else I can tell you, sry :(

No, it gets loaded by each page automatically. You only need to make sure you are able to receive it from the server. If the page is not blank when you visit it, it loads fine.
