Suggestion for a new gem

Chipped Unicorn Horn

Ok so i had  this idea for a new gem that will be based mainly on the lockpick opening.

It starts as chipped with 4% extra luck
Each time you upgrade it to flawed, regular, flawless and perfect it goes up 2%

4%(chipped), 6%(flawed), 8%(regular), 10%(flawless), 12%(perfect)

So if you get 4 perfects and socket them in 2, 2 socket items, u will have 98% chance of unboxing without failing with a lockpick. This couldn't just be for unboxing but also when u unbox mysterious chests you could have more luck for finding more money, say u had over 98% luck or over, when u find 500k in a mysterious chest A, u actually get 1m and when u find 1m u actually find 2m e.c.t. Anyway you get the point i just thought it would be a good idea to add another gem that maybe some people would actually collect.
The name of it isn't very good and if you think u can think of a better name then feel free to post it.

It'll be too complicated to explain to new people and i think it is alright as it is if any new gem, it would have to be a item a day gem.

There is a new affix that increases chance of picking a lock successfully, but it will not be on any gems.
