There will be a Chest of Relics, that will always give you a relic. Relics from that chest can also be painted or rare.

Well, they won't be rare (purple), but they can have an effect attached to them. The quality will however not change. In terms of quality priority, relics are higher than rares.

could I possibly have a percentage of getting painted relic, painted rare relic, rare relic, and regular relic?

For chest of relic, same as regular chests.

I mean like, what is the chance of getting a relic?

The chance of getting an attribute on an item is 1/4, the chance of getting 2 attributes is 1/16. If you get 2 attributes, you have a 1/3 chance to get a relic.

Alright, things are looking great so far and the script that is going to turn all your items into vintage items was easier to write than anticipated; I will hopefully be able to update the servers tomorrow and launch an event for the weekend.
