It only applies to rare / special items, my bad.

I still don't think you should be able to whore about 6m worth of items though.. I got rejected for a key fragment and got told I had already been given an item. Based on Sniperducks reply, it would seem he has been told the same.

Well keys are almost impossible to obtain, and halloween candy is obviously impossible - this means you are getting about 6m worth of semi-rare items. Part of me agrees with it since it shows involvement in the community, but you know..
