So, I log on this morning, everything is normal. Then, 10 minutes later I join slope and BAM! I have no more money,
no more VIP tag and I can only voice talk.

PLEASE HELP! Its been like that since then.

The map needs to change, or the server needs to be restarted. You will require an Admin to assist you.
