I don't know how to do .txt files and things, but however
I would like the Troublemaker's Tossle Cap to be added, my favorite hat in TF2.

I have been working on particle effects for a few days, and here are some I have worked on.


I made 4 lightning effects, there are two variations of it. They are both slightly different in each way, but each one has a blue and a red lightning ball. This is meant to be an unusual effect.

I made a orbiting money sign, this spawns about 3-4 money signs that spin and orbit around the players hat. This is meant to be an unusual effect.

I made a scary aura, and a star aura. The scary aura I guess is a little too late for halloween, but you could still add it in. It is ghosts floating around in a circle with a blue trail trailing them.

The star aura is has about 3-5 stars rotating and floating around in a circle, with a yellow trail following them.

Ive made a notch demo hat wonder if it could be added to the servers and how do i send the .txt files for only the admins to see?
