Hello, Ive had this glitch for about 3 days buy i thought it would probably fix itself like most things but, I can successfully put items into my bank, Yet i choose what i want to retrive and it doesnt work, Ive restarted my computer, gmod and signed in and out, yet no success.. I really dont know what to do as when i retrive it it just does nothing, i reconnect and nothing is in my queue! please help!

What is the item you are trying to retrieve and are there any errors on the page?

There is No "Errors" on the page and it is currently ANY item i try to retrive, I tried my renamed wizard hat, paint remover, painted hats etc.. I have tried on a google chrome, firefox and the ingame browsers..

I have used your bank from my browser to send a crate to the queue; let me know if it worked. I didn't see any errors there either and the page loaded & posted fine on my end.

Yep It has worked :I Anything i could do to fix it? Cant ask a Owner to take my items out every time xD
EDIT*: just tried to take things out, Didnt work, maybe its because im doing "/connect puzzles" ?

Go to your bank page and open the developer console (F12 if you are using Chrome). There should be a tab called "Console". Post anything that's being displayed there; if there are any errors, they are clientside javascript errors and we can work from there.

Although, I just managed to get the paint remover and wooden fragment c? I don't know whether this is a coincidence but it just worked..

I can't fix it if I can't reproduce it; please tell me, step by step, how to reproduce the issue.

All i do is click my items after ive done /bank ingame, and when i click "retrive" then "send item to queue" it just doesnt send it to the queue, and its like it just doesnt respond because the items dont go there and when i click "send item to queue" it doesnt do anything.. ive been trying to get items out my bank for over 2 hours

Which items specifically?
Does it also happen when you use a browser other than the in-game one?
Does it refresh the page or does clicking the button not do anything?

i have found the problem. i was trying to withdraw all my wizard hats at once, It turns out the item that i renamed to "!! 0 !!" after i renamed it when i renamed to something offensive to someone, (the one 2 people tried to ban me for) that's the glitchy one. I cant withdraw that if its with something, and i cant withdraw it on my own anyway.
