I recently tried to play Garry's Mod 13 today (not the beta) and I was greeted by an empty menu screen?

I've tried Defragmenting the Cache Files, and I've Verified the Game Cache.

I dont want to re-install Garry's Mod because that is a right pain.

Anyone know how to fix this?
