No our time is equally valuable without a doubt. I do understand that you are the owner and are obligated to answer but you don't have to... the forums is a place to ask such questions, other users may answer as well. Besides, wouldn't closing a post (that asks a legitimate question) use as much of your time, or close to it, as actually answering the post? That also leaves the user with no answer as well as no chance of an answer...

Please don't think i mean to offend in any way.
