Items lost during item disappearing bug

For the benefit of nonSENSE;

Out of all the things I can remember, I will burden you with the only two I remember losing that actually matter-

-Teir 1 Riot Helm (Effect: Cigarrette Smoke)

-Croco Sheild with 2 open sockets.

Please help me fix this by providing information on how they disappeared. Did you move them? Did you do anything out of the ordinary. Also, please provide information about the when the items disappeared and which server you were on.

I did absolutely nothing to them. I do not know how to manually sort the inventory, but both were lost at the same time on the smash server.

The Riot Helm was acquired between 1 and 2 months ago, but the croco shield was acquired recently, less than a month ago.

Both items disappeared about 2 weeks ago.
