Never seen this happen before but the only thing I can think of is make sure you have TF2 and CSS installed, and if you haven't run them in a while, run them both to activate the file updates :S

I am running some tests to see if there are any problems with FastDL at the moment; I will let you know in this thread if I find anything.

Update: I just joined the server with a different account running in a sandbox and downloaded all the files without any problems.

The problem seems to be on your end.  Try deleting the local game files for garry's mod and trying again. Wrong parameters in your config files are usually at fault (ie: overwriting the sv_downloadurl setting).

The server tries download the "nondb" folder, could you possibly get me the textures or that folder? with the stuff inside?
