Yesterday (Somewhere from midnight to 3 AM EST) I found a +3 items per day gem while on the Smash server. I crafted it onto my aura, re-equipped the aura, and went on with my day. Today I've logged on to find that the jewel was still consumed, but the gem I put on my aura is gone. It still has 1 open socket and only 6 items per day. (It had 9 after I added the gem, obviously) Is there any way a moderator could check the logs and correct this?
