Balancing the smash weapons is pretty tricky. Figuring out what people think is appealing and unappealing about mines or tools can help, so give us input here!

could you explain how the damage works on the bleed mine?

Health is drained every moment the player is attempting to move themselves.

heal       4-8 health                           | 4 ammo | 4 delay | fine in my opinion
repul      500-750 force                        | 4 ammo | 1.75 delay |possibly remove maybe 50 force from the cap and lowest but much more then that and the mine wont be as fun. I use the relic version so I can jump on it and have a good time. Nerfing this to hard will run that fun.
slow       80% slow                | 8 sec      | 6 ammo | 2.25 delay | Possibly a shorter delay.
flash      600 radius              | 4 sec      | 2 ammo | 12 delay |Make white change to black so it dosnt hurt peoples eyes. other then that perfectly fine.
bleed      ~130 maxdamage          | 6 sec      | 3 ammo | 6 delay |No issues
infer      20-40 damage | 15% slow | 7.5 sec    | 3 ammo | 9 delay |Never had or seen one
rever                                3-5 sec    | 3 ammo | 4.5 delay |maybe a longer duration as a possible stat on it or shorter delay.
stun                                 1-1.75 sec | 4 ammo | 2.75 delay | raise so its 1-2 seconds of stun time.
pup                                  5 sec      | 2 ammo | 9 delay |one extra ammo possibly
drill                                ??? sec    | 3 ammo |Maybe make it so you get some money when it breaks a prop

staff      600 force | -10% movespeed | +20% fall damage | 10 delay | -15% movespeed raise force to 650 and 25% more fall
boots      -60% fall damage | 500 radius | ??? force |make more reliable
ring       1 base jump | 4 maxjumps | 4 mine charges per jump |lower jumps to 3 but make them only take 2 mines to get a charge.

The slow mine amount is ridonkulous, imagine 4 people on eye using them :( to much slow
