3.0 pci-e will work in 2.1 pci-e motherboard
The gtx 650 will be faster rthan your current card but will become outdated when newer games come out I would go for 7850 OverClocked which are around £130 in usa about $170 10

16gb ram is useless and will be for a long time
The hd 6670 is outdated The best i can find http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Eight-Core-3-1Ghz-AMD-FX-8120-8GB-1TB-6570-Desktop-PC-Gaming-Computer-/200839161002?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item2ec2f264aa and then http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-306-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=411 £480 £30 extra but the graphic card is about 400% faster 11

its OK if you don't want the hassle of installing the components but the computer its self is worth about £390
These are better and lower price http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AMD78-FX-4170-4-2Ghz-Gaming-Pc-Computer-2Tb-8Gb-Ddr3-ATI-HD-7850-2GB-Vantage-/110962339468?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item19d5deee8c or http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/G4-VB-AMD-QUAD-CORE-GAMING-PC-COMPUTER-1TB-HDD-8GB-MEM-NVIDIA-GT520-1GB-GRAPHICS-/390439364056?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item5ae7ffe5d8 With this i would sell the graphic card what comes with it for about £20 And replace with http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-049-HS&campaign=pcm/googleshopping&pup_c=gs Goes over budget a but would be able to play any game throw at it 13
