I upgraded from diamond to Jade but my name is still blue, can this be changed please?

Hi, which server is this on specifically? Also, which element of the interface do you mean (the hud, the chatbox, ...)?

I was on the Puzzles server and someone said my name above my head was blue.. That's from when I was diamond. Shouldn't I be a shade of green now for the Jade level?
