This user is a quality example of bending the rules in a "gray-area". He claims that he's done nothing wrong according to the rules on scamming. After this incident happened of him paying a measely 1 million to a new user for his jewel of significant value, many of the players on the server were complaining of similar incidents of this happening with him.

In the +6 item per day jewel thread (seen here: http://moronyard.com/forums/index.php?topic=1793.0) where I myself was accused of scamming, nonSENSE comes out and says that underpaying or overpaying for an item is not an issue - but paying some atrocious price like 1 or 2m for a highly valued item in the community is clear grounds for ripping off another user, and would bring up the problem with him.

This thread will be open to any other similar events that have happened with this user which you can vouch to or provide evidence of occuring.

I was there just after that trade and i saw many "Troll trades" with him, and his 3 friends. They was really annoying people on the server. These troll trade included 3 item per days and 5 item per day items for 1 or 2 m.

And the guy was happy with that trade... you're the one who has a problem because you didn't ask him for it sooner.

The fact is as well is that you are also teaching the other new players that it is alright to trade for low prices or (depending how gulable they are) even thinking that item is worth such a low price.

Supporting comment below.

I would only have a problem with this if Master Mark completely ripped somebody off by offering a low amount like 2 mil. But 4 goldbars, seriously?

You don't support your case when you and your friends (who are the only ones supporting you) are throwing around racial and homophobic slurs in chat to those who disagree with what you say.

I'm basing my ban request on what nonSENSE said on what was being placed against ME in the past. He clearly says that paying less than a couple million for a well-wanted item is atrocious, especially when you're doing it with a new player.

When you randomly trade a new player out of the blue, they have no idea what something could potentially be worth. Asking them for their price is just prodding them to sell at potentially the bare minimum. Whether or not it is against the rules, you're still taking advantage of others and I think it's just awful.

I really want to hear a reply from the staff on how a situation like this will be diffused or handled in the future. If nothing happens to you as punishment, this is grounds for people such as yourself to constantly take advantage of new players and remove any possibility for them to build themselves up on this server.

It is posted in the rules that you can't scam someone. This isn't a scam, it is just underpaying someone. The person had the choice to refuse the trade, but didn't. Protect as many newbies as possible, but stop trying to get the loyal members banned just because you dislike them.

Loyal players don't scam new players for 1/20th of the real price of an item or insults players. He did something wrong and he just tried to get away with it because the scamming rule is so gray. Im with mark and kmasht

We all have a problem with it because it's unethical and immoral. This was brought up with Mark and with the commotion you did it yourself. GG.

You are clearly supporting your friend's choice to take advantage of other players, Pheonom. However, what you claim is easily dismissive based on the several terrible things you've said in chat.

The fact remains that the user that traded for 1m was happy with his trade. You're speaking for someone that doesn't care. He made no attempt to make him feel like it was a worthless jewel. He offered 1M for the jewel, The other party accepted 1M for the jewel. Mark was just under the same fire for underpaying for his +6, where exactly does the line fall?

I agree with you, but the entire scamming/undercharging rule is way too gray. Mark has made most of the community question where exactly the limits of undercharging fall. This is simply the fallout of a much larger issue. There needs to be some set of rules to scamming.

Clearly you haven't read my evidence, or the link to the thread where I was selling my jewel.

You people have esentially no argument. I am basing this request off what nonSENSE said himself in a similar situation with myself.

+6 items a day don't have a set price its a really unset price. On the other hand everyone knows +3 item a day jewel are 20m but you traded him 1m. 1m to 20m. If you wanted mark go get banned for getting 1/2 profit then maybe you should be banned too  :) 1/2 to 1/20th. If your only excuse is mark is a bad guy aren't you worse?
