I wanna talk about this topic, is that legal like for some 1 to donate for me and i give them in game cash/items for it. Like if some 1 donates the 15 $ donation for me and i give him like 2 goldbars and 15m in game money is that legal? Because it's a pain in the ass to get a paypal where i live. So if this is legal i am looking for some 1 to donate for the 15 Bucks donation, ill give the player 2 goldbars +15m so he is basically is buying 3 goldbars for 15$ but actually helping some 1 out. It's almost the same but i need some 1 to trust me.

Some 1 reply if this is legal

Well... The thought of it is illegal (in terms of MoronYard rules).
No player should ever purchase bars or donate for another player - and in return, give in-game cash.
But, If you both aren't actually in a "deal" agreement, and you both are just buds - then it actually wont matter. The person is only donating for you and you alone for reasons of Donation-Issues. Just, don't let that person spread it around saying they'll buy Diamond for someone if they cut them a deal of an in-game item, or in-game hidden help.

Quote
7 - Trading Item Rules
All items on the servers are property of MoronYard, you are only allowed to trade MoronYard items for other MoronYard items. This means you can't trade items for real money, steam games, etc. If you are found to be doing this then you will be banned.

If I have read correctly what you want to do then this would break this rule. If you have issues with Paypal in your area, you should contact one of the owners to see if there is another way around it :)

Example;
Player A can't donate as he doesn't have PayPal.
Player B is a friend of Player A and he does have PayPal.

1. Player A gives Player B $10 in real cash (physical cash)
2. Player B donates $10 to MoronYard
3. Player B gives Player A the 2 gold bars received from donating.

That would be allowed as MoronYard is still getting the donation, Player B gains no ingame benefits & received their money back and Player A has spent the money & received the gold bars. as that is the type of thing you'd expect a younger player to do with the permissions of their parent to donate to MoronYard.

Obviously, this would become slightly more confusing when it comes to VIP packages rather than gold bars as it would require the membership to be transferred from your friend to you.

With the above in mind, this must only be done as a way to help a friend. If Player B was to donate then sell the gold bars to Player A for $6 each then it'd be against the rules. The same applies if Player B was to try and sell any other items to Player A
