Stebbzor reminded my ban to me today and I am here to explain myself.

I was playing on slope, when I was running up I got kind of glitched into a prop and it boosted me into the sky, when I walked up the last bit and finished it banned me for speedhacking.

P.S. I tried looking at the Demo but then I found out that Gmod stops recording demo's after you disconnect from a server.
