Reason: I think that evidence used against me in my ban was blown out of proportion. No evidence was provided that showed me continuing my slander after .Lyna had asked me to stop, which I know is because I did actually stop. If you want to be analytical about it, she says shes going to ask me to stop, with isn't actually asking me to stop but I'm not stupid, she/he clearly wanted me to stop, which I did. That goes to say I stopped with the slander, but I pestered on regarding the community spiral knight helm which I think I respectfully have the right to ask why .Lyna didn't want to give me the hat back to its original owner which she/he respectfully declined upwards of 3 times, sorry I'm persistent but I don't think that warrants a chat ban.
Other(optional): .Lyna states that I had done this before in here optional section of her report which I think was interpreted as me doing the exact same thing, which I did not and I would note that in the case of her asking me to stop, these two events were not anywhere close time wise; I had asked her/him for it roughly 6+ months ago at least.

Even if I had the money which I don't think I do but who knows, .Lyna clearly said she/he wasn't going to deal with trading. If nonSense still takes hats through that model posing program I can easily make up some more just for my satisfaction, it's just busy work.

I have proof of that aswell if you want. I wasnt blowing anything out of proportion in fact i think you were from the moment i told you i wasnt selling it/giving it back. and the interpreted of you doing the exact same thing as in you begging me for a hat I told you no about. your presistance is not what warrets a chatban is what you do about it that does.

All of this happened after i told you to stop. I didnt think you deserved a legthy ban maybe becuase you had a rough i dont know but this is getting old.

Reason: I didn't want the first case started by .Lyna to be left alone and you get away with disrespecting but i also didn't want to have a full punishment because of evidence that it has only happened once. I wasn't on the server to warn you. I was going to chat ban until you spend the time to make a post to be unbanned. You are unbanned but i don't want anyone to insult each other please.

P.S. Can i just make it clear to everyone who reads this that it is also the rules for disrespecting people!

4 - Player Behaviour
All players on the server are to be treated the same way. This doesn't matter if they are a known speed hacker, or an administrator. You are required to be nice to them. If someone on one of the servers is disrespectful then please, report it to a Moderator.
