I just donated $20 for V.I.P on MoronYard and got my gold bars. My friend RUNNING MAN gave me advice to spend it on a crate to get a cool rare item. I did it and got 2 very rare items. Some Antlers w/ moon effects, and a Boot Hat with tier 1 effect. After I got them, I was super excited because he said it was rare to get 2 rares in one crate. But! Apon looking further, i've only recieved 1 of my rares. Now if any mod or admin could refund me it, or give me a gold bar/rare crate/ or the hat back. That would be great...
Can you tell me when you opened the crate and on which server you were, so I can award you the second item? Update: I have refunded 1 goldbar! You will receive it from the item queue as soon as you reconnect.

If an item style isn't in the game yet (tf2 item style that is), it's because it either looks really bad, messed up paints or has some other issues. I went through all of the tf2 item styles a while ago and the ones currently in, are the ones that work.
I will probably make existing item styles more accessible in the future though.

In the meantime, I have added a paint remover to your inventory queue incase you want to remove the paint immediately.

To reiterate what has been said a thousand times... Formula:
chance = baseChance / ((100 + attribute)/100)
Example:
Base chance to find a relic (example): 20% --> 5
Better chance to find a relic: 50% --> 50
Chance = 5 / ((100 + 50)/100) = 5 / 1,5 = 3,33 --> 30%
