PLz read i feel i was banned unfairly voice ban

ok i asked someone to sell me a key frag for 200k and a mod called The Boink had a go at me so i argued back and got voice banned plz un ban me

i got banned for sticking up for MG| FuzionZ, then when the argument was over i went to move left, and because i have a message binded to z i accidentally typed that 3 times then i got chat banned. so now i cant use shop or trade or anything. im not too bothered about my voice chat but i need my text chat back plz. my in game name is MG | OpTiiCZz

Being Voice/Chat banned for asking someone to sell a Key Frag for 200k is totally ridiculous, people can sell there items for whatever they please, however I was no there to witness what was said afterwards. If the ban was purely to do with the above reason then in my opinion it should be removed.

As for MG | OpTiiCZz™, If the only reason was because of the repeated message, If it seemed like an accident then I don't see any reason for him to be banned either? :S

I know i have zero authority on the outcome of this appeal, just like to input my thoughts as in my eyes, these were unfair bans (Although as stated, I was not there at the time).

Our moderators are here to make sure people do not scammed when trading. When a staff member suggests you adjust the price of an item it is merely to make sure new players who do not know the value of the items yet do not have to overpay.

As for Boink, he is one of our most dedicated staff members, always making sure everything is running smoothly on the servers and rarely resorting to punishing users if it can be prevented. I am going to trust Boinks judgement on this but would like to hear his side of the story.

It does however make a very bad impression on me if you come to the forums appealing your ban and lying to me instead of just being honest. Binding an emote to a key and pressing it multiple time will not get you banned, as the emote is only triggered once. If you come to appeal your ban and just tell me you are sorry for spamming, I will gladly unban you. However, making up stories of accidents generally leads me to not lift the ban for a few days.

PS: You do not need the chatbox to use the in-game store and inventory, you can use the icons in the chatbox bar.

The reason for the ban was simply he was asking for key frags for 200k... but not offering the right price even though a few of us regulars told him it was 300k... so a new player would sell it to him NOT knowing how much the item is actually worth (that is scamming as far as we are concerned). if he would have simply stated to the new player that they are worth 300k and give the new player a choice of selling it for 200k than everything is fine. and as i was trying to explain in the slope server they would talk over me (that is why a voice ban was put on them) and not let me tell them that we consider that scamming new players or letting me explain the situation.

i was told once to stop spamming.So i did stop, then i went to play properly, but accidentally pressed z instead of a. then becuase i wasnt moving i pressed it more, then i looked at the chat and realised i had type a message 3 times. Me and MG | FuzionZ had just found out how to make your text have colour so i binded z to put "im a smelly sausage" in colour just as a joke to MG | FuzionZ. i dont know how to unbind stuff so i couldnt take it off and z is very close to a so u can see it was clearly an accident! Also thanks for letting me know how to use the shop without having to type. Although i wasnt the one who was apparantly scamming, i was arguing with boink so i agree i should have been voice banned, however i dont think i should have been text banned, so please can i have my text chat back. I am truly sorry to Boink and anybody else who i have caused any inconvenience to.
