Reason: I'm a friend of Rakyat, we play on NTG a lot, and from what it sounds like he said he was going to do something against the rules, but never did it. I think he should be given the rights to trade again, but should be monitored.
Side note: Technically, nobody would have lost anything if the trade went over well. Otherwise either he would have lost something or the other person would have.
