Me and a couple of friends witnessed him scamming

I didn't scam. I offered 150k for an experienced player's +1% voting power jewel and he said i could have it for 100k, because it wasn't worth much. A new player then found the same jewel, and I bought it off him for the same price.

I saw it.   Rainbow knew it was a scam too because he said and i quote "HAHAH! I scammed you noob!"  Then he left the game.
