On the actual topic, I really don't know what went wrong. I got the achievement and everything, but I guess the server just doesn't like me?

I was on Slope earlier when the holy prop spawned. I was killed by it and respawned, and it gave me the achievement, but I didn't recieve any Dust. Here's the steam page of my screenshot. Originally, it was just because I was so happy, but I soon realized I didn't get the Dust.  :P
