I was on the server at the time, Willdy just joined and banned him with the reason "Speedhacker". He is my brother, I even checked his computer for hacks. He has none on his computer, I feel that this ban is wrong and unnessicary. Also, Willdy, Please don't ban without proof, it hurts your reputation.
June 11, 7:25 P.M: I just noticed another thing, Willdy IP banned Snipe, therefore, I am banned too. So I guess he's saying that I speedhack too. Here is the proof. Disconnect: Banned for: 23H 36M (Reason: Speedhacking).

If the ban gets extended, as in he will be permentally banned too. I will be banned also, and I have donated $20 and haven't done anything wrong to get banned.

I joined the server and was playing with you guys when suddenly Snipe.exe decided to run up the hill at a very fast rate, meeting the first ramp on Grassy when everyone else wasn't anywhere near the middle of the distance from the ground to the first ramp. I know he was wearing only one item at the time of the ban which was a rare barrel hat, it has no speed bonus.
I have had problems with Snipe.exe before, but these are only simple mic spamming incidents, it still proves his mindset.
As outlined earlier, I have no evidence from tonight against Snipe.exe, however I have done some research in to the guy, and this is where I found.

EDIT2: Would it be possible for Killufast to have some kind of punishment? He was threatening me after the ban was made and he has been perverting the course of public justice by telling us lies.

I have only banned Snipe, if the system is set up to IP ban then it isn't my problem. In my opinion you should be banned as well for trying to deter the ban and lieing to Admins as I said earlier in this post.

Might I note that is really easy to hide things if people don't know how to look for it. With that said it is also erry easy to overlook something on a computer. I think that KillUFast should not be punished (at least for the lie part) because he could have over looked it or it could be hidden.

Well, he took a whole 10 - 20 seconds to check his brothers computer.

1st Link: On the First link, he was banned for Disrespecting admins, Rdming players, and was as they call "to young" to play the game. He was 9 years old at that time.
2nd Link: Most of the people on there are banned for being 9-13 Years old. I did not find snipe.exe's name. If you see it, Please point it out to me. Thanks.

4th Link: On the fourth link, I killed the mayor, he insulted me in charactor. My brother (Snipe.exe) killed him because he was going to ditch him, also, The building that was behind the vehicle and the other guys(Small Bar) were was his property, he owned the building.
I have went to and searched through all of the links, The first death of the mayor was by me. The second by my brother, plus, Rdm isn't speedhacking. Rdm is just killing people without reasoning.
Also, It is an IP banned, I donated for a good cause, and yet i'm going to be banned Permentally because a admin thinks that my brother speedhacks.

I did check his computer, I went into his files, clicked the "search" bar and searched hacks, nothing came up. I closed the file and went back to my computer.
And yes, Sniperduck, he could of hidden it, I will check his computer again, and I still feel that the ban should be lifted.
EDIT: Checked All Files, .dl, .exe, etc. Found one hack, hack is for Dungeon defenders.

Damn your idiotic (sorry, shouldn't insult you) good hackers never name it "hacks"
nor would any sane person. Look for .dll files and corresponding .lua files in his gmod files.
Kill, and Ip ban cen easily be changed into a steam ID ban. Relax.

I didn't tell lies, I did check his computer, I found nothing at that time. And yes, I did threaten you for banning my brother with a false reason, I will accept the punishments. Still, I don't know what I lied about. And I don't know what deter means, please explain it to me.

Also, Willdy, the other players could have waited a while to start moving, sometimes I do it even, such as when im trying to eat, in a trade, etc.
He could have also spawnded in the front of the map, therefore, he could have got a head start.
I will admit, I didn't look over at his computer until he was banned of speedhacks, at that second i typed in the chat and looked in his computer,
Also, if he was speedhacking, wouldn't some type of process have to be open? Just wondering.

sethhack was an example of how they dont use hack in the name. It doesn't have to be bought.
..and no, only when it in use. The hack itself would not need to be open because it would most likely be a lua file in his gmod folders. (these alone are clientside hacks and not usable on a server with script enforcer)
But! To get around that a .dll is needed.

I would also like to add that he could NOT spawn ahead of the other people on the slope itself. With that said he also wouldn't have a noticeable difference form the spawn closest from the slope.

EDIT: I'll be honest about this, I aimbotted on mw2.
And still, if he had a hack I think i'd recognize it. With the aimbot hack I had on mw2 it had bold letters across the screen saying the name of the hack.
