Other(optional): Anything else we should know about the offender: Max was breaking rule number one and number three, He was using offensive language and talking offensive about me over and over again and he was doing so yesterday too, he was trying to do this because he said "He Didn't Like Me" and he was doing it to try to anger me.

Hey Turtle Kid,
After reveiwing the screenshots, I have concluded that SmexyDaddy was actually causing more grief on the server and have issued him with a chat ban. I will leave this thread open, as I have also issued Procrastinator Max with a chat ban as he broke the rules - but I feel there is little evidence against him.

Sorry, but when he started doing it yesterday I didn't really know what to do, sorry I couldn't get more evidence against him, but thank you for helping me.

No problems :)
I'm sure the owners could snap up some evidence from the logs if required, but for now he has been chat banned.

Ah, i was expecting this
I dont know if these pictures are from yesterday or the day before yesterday, but they were both for a valid reason.
Turtle is about 12 years old and he was micspamming sexual sound and talking about sex. I got annoyed so i started doing what you see in the pics. I do have witnesses of turtle doing this and would probably gladly come on and defend me, but then again, i'm chat banned.

Also may i add that ever since i joined the server there were 0 links to the rules page. No announcements or anything. So i wouldnt know the rules.

We do not have strict rules about chatting in general. Using common sense should be enough in most situations.

Actually Max? I was asked a question about "Sex" form another play, and the ONLY sound I made was "loploplop" with my tounge because I had heard someone else doing it, and I Wasn't micspamming I just did it at the end of every sentence I said because I'm addicted to doing it so SORRY. I was talking to other players and talking about questions people had asked and I was just talking to players. Micspamming is Like playing a song through your mic, or yelling through it really loud, over and over and over, I was just simply talking. And does it really matter that I'm 12? Everyone was Tweleve once and I bet you got criticized and people kept being mean to you since you were 12. AND, you said you were doing those things because I WAS 12! And you did the whole "Virgin" thing because I haven't had sex yet, but ANOTHER PLAYER ON THE SERVER ASKED ME ABOUT SEX. I DIDNT WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT.

It is the responsibility of staff to enforce the rules.
It is the responsibility of all players to abide by the rules.
To abide by the rules you must already know the rules.
As a result, you should look for the rules. You have a forum account, much less know of the forum, and therefore should look at the rules if you do not know them.
