Flashbang mines were one of the original 5 mines released in the Smash update, along with a new map, Combine (Smash). Flashbang mines come with 2 ammunition and take 10 seconds to arm. When tripped, every player in a 600 unit radius, including the mine's owner, will be blinded for a couple seconds. The mine's owner CANNOT set off his own mines.
